1. About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rent Waala mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What RentWaala does
Rent Waala is a map-based platform that helps renters discover rental properties and helps owners list them. We connect renters and owners directly. We are not a broker, agent, or party to any rental agreement, and we do not own, manage, inspect, or guarantee any listed property.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to post a property, and you are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Listings & user content
If you post a property, you confirm you have the right to rent it out and that your listing details, photos, and location are accurate and lawful. You retain ownership of the content you post and grant us a licence to display it within the Service. We may remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, or abusive.
5. Renting is between you and the owner
Any communication, visit, negotiation, agreement, or payment happens directly between renter and owner. We do not verify every detail of every listing. Please exercise normal caution: visit properties, verify documents, and never transfer money without proper checks.
6. Acceptable use
Do not post false or fraudulent listings, scrape or misuse data, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Fees
Exploring rentals and posting a property are currently free. If we introduce any paid features in the future, we will make the pricing clear before you are charged.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or any loss arising from a rental arranged through the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date below. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
